Residents in the Grove Health Care Center at Hermitage Richmond receive the professional support of licensed nurses while continuing to participate in all aspects of life within our community. Recreational programs in The Grove are specifically designed to accommodate individuals who may have mobility challenges.
All residents are supported by a full-time staff of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and a dietitian. They’ll also find a Medical Director, Chaplains, social services and physical, occupational, recreational, and speech therapists to strengthen residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Residents in the Grove Health Care Center enjoy full access, a varied schedule of engaging programs, activities and social opportunities. Intergenerational activities, monthly entertainment shows, concerts, lectures and seasonal activities, along with chapel, worship services, and bible studies. We know the desire to be engaged and active does not change even when you require professional support.
Living at the Grove Health Care Center means a professionally supported, small version of your home. Residents live in their own bright, spacious residences at Hermitage Richmond, furnished with some of your most cherished possessions. They participate in special opportunities and many of the activities of our greater community — here, residents continue with their normal routines as much as possible. Our 24-hour care and professional nursing staff help maintain good health and safety.
Residents of the Grove Health Care Center choose from private and semi-private residences, decorated to reflect their individual tastes. They are encouraged to bring their own treasured furniture, artwork, and decorations to feel truly at home.
