Hermitage Richmond is fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). This certification is the equivalent of a good housekeeping seal of approval that fewer than 15% of the communities in the nation have earned.
What Is Accreditation?
CARF communities improve quality, services, and value by meeting internationally recognized organizational and program standards. Accreditation is an ongoing process, communicating clearly that the community is committed to continuously improving services, is open to feedback, and focused on serving the community. Accreditation demonstrates a commitment to enhance performance, manage risk, and distinguished service delivery.
Why Is It Important?
CCRC’s that voluntarily participate in the accreditation process ensure their commitment to the continuous process of quality improvement and conformance to the highest standards in place for our industry.
At Hermitage Richmond, you can be sure that our community is effectively carrying out our mission and providing the services stated in our advertising and promotional materials based on these credentials.
